Ken has a lifetime of experience as a farmer, inventor, product developer and entrepreneur holding multiple U.S. Patents in development of water conservation systems, alternative energy development and implementation of production equipment that has improved production in the oil and gas industry nationally. Ken has international experience in development of water systems in Africa and has been deeply involved in innovations within the irrigation business.

Dan comes to C-fficiency Systems from the banking world having over 30 years of commercial, agricultural, governmental and international banking experience and has held key management positions in banking centers through the Pacific Northwest. After moving away from banking Dan founded a new company as a precision manufacturing company. Following the sale of that company in 2017 he operated his own consulting company focused on assisting privately held companies manage growth and transition of ownership.

Trained by Deloitte/Touche as a CPA Tony is a retired certificate holder in Washington, Hawaii and Connecticut. He has served as an executive, Controller and CFO of several organizations. He successfully completed a 26 year career at GTE/Verizon including executive leadership assignments in auditing, accounting, pricing, economic analysis, Congressional and State governmental, regulatory and public affairs. After retiring from GTE, Tony joined The Pacific Institute (TPI) as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In 2003 he formed his own company Causative Inc. in order to help companies grow and succeed. Tony has served as President of Northwest Strategies as well as CFO and interim CEO for Raisbeck Engineering Inc. He has served as a Board Member of the Association of Washington Business, Deputy Board Member of the Washington Business Roundtable, Seattle Seafair and the Oregon Graduate Institute. In 2017 Tony was named one of the Top 100 CFOs in the United States by Finance Monthly.

In professional credentials Steve is a highly experienced Exploration Geologist who has worked internationally in the discovery, exploration, development and implementation of new energy sources throughout the world having experience with companies such as AMOCO.

Steve has held the position of Energy Advisor to the Native American Resource Partners (Canada) and was the Executive Advisor to the Indigenous Institute (U.S.) assisting indigenous people and native tribes in developing their natural resources and revenues sources. Steve provides C-fficiency a strong skill set in energy project research, evaluation, integration and implementation.

Scott brings generations of knowledge and business expertise in the science of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems to C-fficiency from his over thirty years of family ownership and management of his successful companies.  Scott’s expertise is a critical element in implementing C-fficiency’s leading technology; improving energy efficiency and lowering energy costs while reducing emissions in the “Green” world we live in today.

As President of the Pacific Institute Community, John McNeil followed in the footsteps of his mentor, Mr. Lou Tice, original founder of The Pacific Institute.  Together, their education, on how to release human potential and achieve critical goals through the cognitive sciences, has been used by over 60% of Fortune 500 companies. Globally, they have delivered their education in 68 countries and in 20 languages. Because of John’s belief in C-fficiency Systems, Inc’s (CSI) technologies as a “global game-changer”, he is contributing his expertise, education and his global network to CSI. John has assisted in recruiting CSI’s management team and in further developing its strategic planning.  He has been instrumental in developing focus within the company and phasing the implementation of CSI products into the market.
